Okay, I won't lie...The 1st day of househunting was terrible. I can't think of anything good that we saw. I did meet my nice and awesome loan person. Dawn you rock. Other than that it was discouraging to Daniel especially. Our awesome friends watched Bella for us, which is worth its wait in gold. I can only imagine what her reaction to some of the rundown almost 1/2 million dollar house would have been. Enough about the bad. Oh did I mention that Daniel called my parents for guidance and I found in on the phone in the closet....YES that BAD!!
Day 2 was much more promising...The 1st house we saw was perfect, but we thought we should see the rest. Well all others paled in comparison. Without giving out my address over the internet its an awesome 4 bd 2 bath house. outside the pool is fenced in and there is a pool room that is 20X24 with another full bath(how cool is that). We perservered and got exactly what we were looking for. I had no doubt we would find it, but after 20-30 really bad houses it wears on you.
We are so excited and our BIG moving day is fast approaching. We leave beautiful Southern Oregon on May 21st, just in time to BBQ in Cali for the long weekend:-) I will miss everyone here, but I can't contain my excitement of being in a bigger city, did I mention Trader Joes is 3 miles from our new house!

Kenya I am so happy for you, but will sure miss you !! The house sounds wonderful. I will now have to make a trip down to visit my high school friend and stop off to visit you too. Don;t forget I am having a scrapbook day at my house ending with a body shop facial by Amber on the 19th, I know it will be right in the middle of the big move but come for awhile if you can.
